Here is my 2 cents:

The member who is leaving prefers paper over plastic (That eliminates 1)

The member who is leaving does not have a signature hairdo, above the waist that is. (That eliminates 3)

The member who is leaving has used Hank's megaphone numerous times as a urinal (eliminates no one)

The member who is leaving routinely uses his member in conjunction with that of his band mates' members' on unsuspecting groupies (again, eliminates no one)

here are a few clues:

the member leaving titty f'd darling nikki (that eliminates no one)

the member leaving is bald all over (that only eliminates 2)

the member leaving doesn't wear ski hats in the summer time (that eliminates 1)

the member leaving hasn;t participated in the sleepy olympics where various boyd parts are shoved into small place (that leaves 1)
